Master Resell Rights

If you purchase a product with Master Resell Rights (MRR) this means you are allowed to sell the product and also you are allowed to sell the rights to allow your purchasers to to sell the product and the master resell rights.

This means that whoever you sell the product to is allowed to sell it along with all the rights for their customers to resell and pass on the rights. Whoever buys a product with master resell rights may resell the product along with the rights to it.

This does not mean you can alter the product in any shape or form or that you can give it away, unless those specific rights are given.

Read Carefully all the rights that have been bestowed on you, as there are often restrictions as to the selling price or where you can sell it. There are a lot of these products that can not be sold on auction sites for example. Some can not be used in paid member sites and very few are allowed in free member sites.

The reasons for these restrictions are to keep the product with a good value. If they are appearing on free member sites or auction sites then they are very quickly devalued and consequently no one is able to make much money if any. If a product is of good value and useful to you then make sure you follow the authors wishes with regard to the way you dispose of the product.
